PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
All prices are in Swedish kronor incl. VAT. To see prices excluding VAT, uncheck the box at the top left under "guide". Minimum order is 100 sek.
The time for delivery is 1-4 working days following completion of order.
Payment by Credit Card
We work with DIBS Payment Services AB (www.dibs.se) for the redemption of card payments. DIBS Payment Services AB is a FSA authorized credit company. Transfer of credit card information is encrypted and there will be no charge for card payments.
With Paypal you pay quickly, easily and safely. Paypal is one of the largest players in online payments on the Internet. PayPal has over 100 million users worldwide, and hundreds of thousands of companies make use of PayPal's services. Payment can be made with your debit or credit card, or with an existing Paypal account. Payment is via Paypal secure and encrypted connections and servers. Your account details and card number is not shown to anyone, not even for us.

Payment in advance is made to our bank account. Enter the number on your order as a reference when paying, when we have recieved your payment we promise to deliver the goods within 1-4 workingdays ( the money transfer can take up to three days following completion of payment).

Pay safely and secure with the invoice service "bill me!" You will recieve the goods before you pay and do not have to disclose any card number. The invoice is included in the package delivered within 1-4 working days following completion of order.
Payment terms 14 days (starting at the day we send the package). If payment is late payment fee by any amount allowed by law at present SEK 50, and penalty interest of 24% + applicable reference rate. Usual credit check but sent a copy made and delivery is only to registered address. In the selection of invoice payment will be an extra fee of SEK 30 incl VAT.
When selecting any of Klarna's payment services, we charge a fee of 29 SEK.
Please enter your mobile number when ordering for easy and quick notification via SMS. Notification is made otherwise by mail. When an order leaves our warehouse also sent an e-mail to the recipient by mail (Pacsoft online). In the email address shown your item is sent and a tracking number through which you can check where the item is located.
For orders within Sweden it's free shipping if you order for more then 800 sek. If your amount is less there will be a shipping charge of 49 sek with DHL and 59 sek with Posten. The freight cost for furnitures are based on volume and city of arrival.
For orders shipping to Finland the cost is 199 sek incl. VAT
For orders shipping to Denmark the cost is 99 sek incl. VAT.
For orders shipping to other countries in the EU the cost is 149 sek excl. VAT.
For orders shipping to Norway, Swizerland and Åland the cost is 298 sek excl. VAT.
For orders shipping to rest of the world the cost is 498 sek excl. VAT.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS
You always have 14 days right of replacement / withdrawal of all the goods from the time you received the goods (ie when the package picked up by you at your delivery point or the letter / package come to your home). Textiles as sold per meter is an exception and can not be changed due the fabric is cut according to individual customer demand for different length.
Please contact us first to email@example.com prior to returning your item for information on how to complete it. We will then send you an return label (by mail or postage) to paste on the return package. If your order value are more then 600 sek we pay for the return, other wise it costs you 60 sek (within sweden). For orders outside Sweden the customer has to pay and arrange the return by them self.
If for some reason you have received the wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will help you to return the product. We are on course for return shipping.
Consumer Purchases of when you buy goods from us. Always check that the product is OK when you receive the goods. One can be as defects if the product has manufacturing defects or otherwise defective. It is important that you make a proper notification. Report any shipping damage directly to the shipper upon receipt of goods. Should the goods be damaged or otherwise defective or you received wrong item / wrong number so please contact us immediately. Contact us at email@example.com we'll help you. We account for shipping and send you an address card / waybill so that you can return free of charge the defective goods. Goods returned to cash on delivery is triggered not by us.
